'Karpeta Lepsky Re-brands as Roxbury'
After almost two years in business, Karpeta Lepsky (residential sales and lettings) is delighted to announce that it will be changing its name to Roxbury. The corporate re-branding is part of the company's expansion plans and a next step towards creating a brand with more universal appeal.
Founded by Kim Karpeta and Tom Lepsky, Karpeta Lepsky purchased a company called the American Agency with three offices in South Kensington, Cobham and Weybridge. With some 40 years of experience in the business of property between them, the Directors have worked hard to raise the agency's profile and establish the business firmly in both South Kensington and Surrey.
Roxbury has a team of experienced staff who understand that a client's needs are paramount. Roxbury specialises in residential sales and lettings and property management. A company name reflects a brand personality and the personal accountability of 'Karpeta Lepsky' has served to pave the way for Roxbury, an exciting new name to look out for in estate agency.

PRESS RELEASE

UNUSUAL GRADE II LISTED PROPERTY AVAILABLE TO RENT WITH ROYAL SEAL OF APPROVAL
The Lodge, Old Chestnut Avenue, Claremont Park, Esher KT10
Roxbury’s Cobham office is currently marketing a highly unique four bedroom, Grade II listed property, which is on the market for rental at £2,950 pcm. The property is a short walk from Esher town centre and would provide any prospective tenant with a most unusual and interesting home.
Set within the grounds of Claremont Park, The Lodge is steeped in history and bears the family crest of Prince Leopold of Saxe-Coburg and Princess Charlotte Augusta Hanover. It is rumoured that The Lodge houses secret underground chambers which lead to Claremont Palace. It is also said that Queen Victoria used the Lodge as a place to change on her way to the Palace.
The first house on the Claremont estate was built in 1708 by Sir John Vanbrugh for his own use. Claremont House was then sold in 1768 to Robert Clive, founder of Britain’s Indian Empire and subsequently demolished to make way for the existing Palladian mansion. Claremont House as it stands today was built by renowned architect “Capability” Brown and his future son-in-law, Henry Holland and inhabited by Price Leopold and Princess Charlotte in 1816.
As part of the Claremont Estate, The Lodge is a building of great historic interest which was granted its Grade II listing by The English Heritage, after local residents appealed against a proposal to demolish the building. The English Heritage at the time described the building as having an ‘unusual and well thought out design’.
The Lodge is an intriguing prospect for anyone looking for a family home with a difference.
